Business customer assistant, payment control with German language - first job

Currently for our Client from the BPO/SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures. Location: Poland, remote work Online recruitment process

Daily responsibilities:

  • Performing daily tasks related to payment verification

  • Ensuring that accounting procedures are maintained

  • Checking and posting incoming invoices and other sales documents

  • Verifying sales documents

  • Entering data into the system based on the documents received

  • Contacting suppliers and business partners regarding daily AR operations

  • Assisting in the creation of reports for the business client

  • Analysis of accounting data in the system

  • Preparation of payment proposals

  • Negotiations (supporting the team in the field of AR)

  • Cooperation with the team in audit activities

  • Updating documents and correcting them

  • Replacing team members as necessary

  • Performing other AR duties

Required skills:

  • Very good knowledge of German (min. C1)

  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2)

  • Work experience related to accounting, minimum six months or education in the field

  • Communication skills, ability to build long-term professional business relationships with business clients

  • Availability to work full time from Monday to Friday

  • Willingness to develop in the area of order management
