For our client, a global company whose product combines hardware and software we are looking for a CMO based in HQ in Boston, USA.

The candidate needs to be very technological who knows marketing at the design execution level.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head of Marketing / VP marketing/ CMO - mandatory
- At least 5-7 years of experience in global marketing management
- Demonstrated leadership in running global enterprise marketing teams for a variety of audiences and a broad solution portfolio.
- A strategic thinker capable of managing all aspects of marketing and setting the overall direction for the marketing organization.
- Deep experience in building and running a modern, complex demand generation organization.
Your responsibilities:
- Set marketing goals and objectives
- Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
- Contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Review and manage content marketing strategy
- Determine KPIs for the marketing department

- the budget for this role is: 23.000 – 25.000 USD monthly (currently equals 110 400 – 120 000 PLN monthly)
