Daily responsibilities:
processing the orders from business customers,
coordinating the supply chain process from administrative side,
cooperating with logistics department, sales & marketing,
contact with the customers regarding the orders (provide information and solve cases),
being a part of international team
Required skills:
fluent language skills both written and spoken in German and English
very good communication skills
experience in customer service or administration is nice to have
positive approach to work and team player
