Customer Support with German - remotely


Currently for our Client from the BPO/SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures.


Location: Poland, remote work

Your tasks:

  • Professional customer support in the field of IT

  • Analysis of requests received from customers

  • Daily contact with German clients (via phone, e-mail or chat)

  • Technical consulting tailored to individual customer needs

  • Suggesting individual solutions to resolve problems

  • Escalate issues to second line support when appropriate

  • Creating documentation and instructions

  • Accurately performing assigned job duties

Our requirements:

  • German B2/C1

  • English B1/2

  • the ability to conduct telephone conversations and e-mail

  • the ability to work full-time

  • highly developed interpersonal skills

  • ability to build lasting relationships with clients

  • ability to cope with stress

  • ability to work under time pressure
