Employee Lifecycle Administrator with Dutch

Currently for our Client from the BPO/SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures.

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Managing and monitoring employee lifecycle related changes (e.g. hires, transfers, ending of employments, promotions, salary changes, etc.)

  • Maintaining personal documentation of employees

  • Organizing onboarding together with other stakeholders

  • Administrating private healthcare benefit

  • Supporting Payroll Specialist in data collection related to compensation changes and payroll checks

  • Working on process improvements; helping local market to adapt to global processes

  • Supporting HRBPs, Line Managers, Employees in HR related queries


The perfect Candidate:

  • Fluent Dutch and English

  • Experience on a similar role

  • Practical knowledge of the Local labor law

  • Experience in HRIS applications is strongly preferred

  • Strong Customer Service Mindset. Understanding cross-cultural sensitivity

  • Ability to independently handle tasks and assignments
