FI Production Controls – Supervising Associate

Location: Wrocław


The IT/Business Controls Audit Coordinator will be part of a transformative global team that sets strategic direction and plans, executes, and reports global internal audit activities to support the integrity and reliability of financial information in accordance with global policies and regulatory and legal requirements. This role is responsible for supporting: audit execution activities, control governance, change/enhancement impact assessments, risk and control matrix updates, management reporting, and production controls operational activities.


Your responsibilities:

· Coordinator of IT/Business Controls Audit will support all aspects of the production control audit and governance functions: Maintain annual system audit activities including Global Internal Audit, ISAE 3402 audit, ISQM1, and local/regional audits.

· Take part in audit business process and IT walkthroughs and interviews with process owners and auditors.

· Helping in evidence collection, activity tracking, and follow-up with key stakeholders.

· Maintain the control governance and change/enhancement impact assessment process and related activities, including: analyze change and business process documentation to initially assess control impacts.

· Refreshing and maintaining the controls frameworks that address key business processes and IT risks.

· Cooperate with wide stakeholders groups like business integration/product management and technology operations stakeholders to identify opportunities for controls continuous improvement.

· Communicate audit status to Production Controls team members.

· Ensure that mitigating controls are operating effectively, and that related evidence is collected and maintained for audit.

· Support in executing ITGC Dashboard self-monitoring and reporting with Global Control Owners.

· Assist Wave/Release deployment activities, including member firm training, planning, and communication.


We require:

· Good to have a Bachelor"s degree in finance, business, computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

· Knowledge in supporting SAP solution in a complex global environment.

· Strong audit experience for a global firm.

· Project Management certification (nice to have).

· Certificate, ITIL (nice to have).

· Excellent experience in supporting and delivering large-scale programs/projects.

· Strong experience of having built and maintained strong relationships with business customers/clients and team collaboration.

· Critically thinks and escalates to leadership appropriately.
