Junior Accountant with German - hybrid work

Currently for our Client from the BPO/SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures. Location: Poland, Warsaw (hybryd work) Online recruitment process Daily responsibilities:

  • Daily invoice processing lifecycle management,

  • Reviewing and submitting invoices for approval,

  • Investigation about discrepancies and taking action to resolve them,

  • Verification of incoming invoices,

  • Vendor account reconciliation,

  • On-time query resolution - vendor and local market.


Required skills:

  • Fluent German and English

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics will be an asset,

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly MS Excel,

  • Willingness to learn with can-do attitude

  • NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
