Junior HR Specialist with French

Currently for our Client from the BPO/SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily HR administrative support

  • Respond to employee requests in a timely manner

  • Processing changes in employees’ employment life-cycle (new hires, contracts, terminations, vacation limits, overtime, benefits etc.)

  • Administration of hiring process

  • HR reporting and analysis

  • Administration of employee management system

  • Preparing and coordinating onboarding plans for new employees

  • Employee data system management


Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of English and French (B2/C1)

  • Several months of work in HR

  • An interest in HR administration

  • Can do’ attitude and ability to think outside the box
