Junior OtC Administrator with German

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Raising bills and credit notes for approved customer disputes and bonuses as they are required

  • Sending and archiving the invoices as per request

  • Issuing invoices including sundry invoices

  • Looking after proper document flow

  • Daily cooperating and discussing any confusions with our partner

  • Regularly updating the Team Leader about developments and progress of relevant operational issues
