Daily responsibilities:
Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
Identify outstanding account receivables
Initiate refunds to customer
Resolve customer disputes and credit issues
Update account status records
Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
Required skills:

fluent level of Greek and English language
