For our client who is a provider of a range of software services and IT infrastructure services, we are looking for an L2 Network Engineer.
Primary Responsibilities:
Working in 24X7 shift operation ( 5 days per week 8 hours per day)
Being responsible for monitoring and managing network/security incidents.
Performing first-level standard change management.
Service-providing coordination.
Resolving network/Security issues.
Devising Backup management.
Supporting VPN connectivity.
Onboarding new devices by following change management.
Reporting creation based on the requirement.
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience in network operation - preferably factory networking environments.
Good understanding of TCP/IP, and IP address management.
Good understanding of network switching.
Good understanding of access lists, VPN, etc.
Experience of work in Factory network environments.
Understanding of Industrial switches and security solutions like Phoenix Contact, Beldon
Good network troubleshooting skills.
Good English and Polish level minimum B2
Will be a plus:
Network certification.
Knowledge in industrial protocols like Modbus, Profinet.
