Our client is looking for IT Project manager for the new project and challenges, who will be managing the IT project.
Location: Poland, remote work Online recruitment process Daily responsibilities:
Self-reliant provision of project management service according to commission.
Autonomous planning, control and implementation of the project within the agreed duration (time), the defined budget framework (budget) as well as the required quality (quality).
Approach of the overall project management. Interpretation of the project process organization, including all necessary result types as well as their creation and documentation.
Construct of project plans, resource planning, sub-project controlling.
Create of project risk management (identification, analysis and regular assessment of project risks.
Required skills:
Hand-on experience in strategic and/or economically extensive projects in the IT industry and/or in the financial services or insurance sector.
Endorsed experience of several years in the technical management of project teams as well as in dealing with customer-staffed committees at management level.
Good knowledge of Germany and English min. B2.
Convenient leadership skills (entrepreneurial thinking, communication in the team, negotiation skills, management reporting, etc.).
Certification according to common PM standards (e.g. Prince2, PMI).
