Currently for our client, a leading company from the IT industry that specializes in digital services and consulting, we are looking for employees for the positions of Senior Consultant - Quality and Transformation.
Responsibilities: • Center by providing inputs to business proposals and presentations to potential / existing clients • Governance with center heads, Quality function heads, project champions, project team and clients • Facilitate lean/Six Sigma certifications for the center • Support Quality solution for new client engagements in collaboration with Quality Solutions Group • Facilitate trainings • Facilitate project identification across the engagements • Facilitate opportunity conversion, Project registration, execution and closure • Mentoring and toll gate review of projects • Ensure R&R for the employees • Lead Business Value Delivery projects • Governance with center heads, Quality function heads, project champions, project team and clients • Share best practices - Process improvement & BVD Case studies, generic tools with stakeholders • Participation on awards, seminars and conferences related to process improvements • Coordination with Development team for automation of processes and upfront transformation • Coordinate and lead PE&T promotional events like PACE Competition

Requirements: • Minimum bachelor's degree • 6+ years of experience in a large business system environment, performing business analysis, business development, and/or project systems management • English - minimum b2 • Operational experience (good understanding of processes) • Experience in managing projects • Analytical Ability • Nice to have: Lean/Six sigma certification • Knowledge of Operations Management • Organizational skills • Drive for improvement
