Business Process Consultant with Finnish

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialise in permanent and temporary recruitment. We are headquartered in Poznan and also have branches in Warsaw, Gdansk and Wroclaw. 


Location:  Warsaw

Online recruitment process 


Daily responsibilities: 


  • Communication with suppliers and contractors in Finnish or Danish

  • Monitoring and mapping of processes

  • Client contact: handling telephone and email inquiries

  • Analysis and correction of documents

  • Collaboration with other departments within the organization

  • Data accuracy verification in the system 

  • Preparation of reports and summaries

Required skills: 


  • Very good command of Finnish (min. B2) or Danish (min. B2), and English (min. B1)

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in corporate environments or international companies

  • Practical knowledge of MS Excel

Nice to have:

  • Higher education (management, finance, administration, economics, or related field)

  • Experience working with SAP system
