Interacting with business partners on a daily basis mostly by e-mail and phone in order to provide excellent customer care,
Creating offers for services and solutions in accordance to client"s wishes,
Supporting clients with their technical queries, directly or in cooperation with professionals,
Work closely with the customers and maintain good working relationship,
Consistently updating your products and services knowledge.
Required skills:
Fluent Italian in speech and writing,
Very good English (B2/C1) in speech and writing,
MS Office proficiency,
High level of responsibility for designated tasks,
Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills,
Analytical thinking.
