Coordinate flow of material
Monitoring the Timeliness of Deliveries from Supplier
Ensure availability of materials in line with product orders.
Ensure that internal system is Updated with Latest Delivery information.
Monitoring the Delivery Date in SAP system is in accordance with the information provided by the Purchasers
Preparing Presentations or summaries for meetings,
Cooperation with other departments of the company (quality team, planning department, warehouse)
Set Receiving Priority with Warehouse for Urgent Material and with Quality Department to expedite the Quality Review Process
Required skills:
Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in a manufacturing field
2-3 years of similar work experience as Materials Coordinator, Order Fulfilment, Product Planning support function
Proficiency in MS Office.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Very good English min. B2
Basic knowledge of SAP system would be an advantage
