Currently for our client, a leading company in the IT industry that specializes in computer hardware, middleware, and software, and provides hosting and consulting services, we are looking for employees for the position of .NET Designer.
Key tasks for this position include:
Writing clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
Developing technical solutions based on functional requirements
Improving existing software
Involving in data modeling
Interacting with a Functional designer to understand the requirements
Testing and deploying applications and systems
Revising, updating, refactoring, and debugging code
Designing a Detailed Technical Design document to use as a blueprint reference for development.
Identifying and documenting the impacted objects of the source code to develop the desired requirement to achieve the goal taking into account all dependencies
Collaborating with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
Developing documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
The Operational Knowledge on the following is required:
Good experience on working on Azure DEVOPS pipeline in terms of CI,CD, CR and CM for the .net code across environments
Have a sound technical knwoledge on .NET technologies (underlying DB as well)
Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
8+ years of experience in working on .net frameworks
Do have a very good experience on working on TFS version control systems
Experience of working on Gateways such as - File: FileAct (Swift), FTIO (BT Radianz), MFT - Message: SAA (20022 / Swift), MQIO (BT Radianz) /:BESS( 15022 / Swift)
Notions of Windows and Linux server and related architecture (clustering, load balancing, installation)
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Agile & DevOps knowledge
Experience using Azure DevOps (formerly TFS/VSTS) is a nice to have
To be able to understand business processes described by BA
To have writing and conceptualization capacities in order to give a functional and technical solution to the business processes by mapping them onto major functions and operations within an Application respecting the Architecture Solution and Architecture guidelines
Capacity to Translate the business rules described by BA into unambiguous Application logic
Capacity to detail the data model impacted respecting the Architecture Solution and Architecture guidelines
Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Do have a very good experience on working on TFS version control systems
Good mastering in managing source control and branching strategy
