Daily responsibilities:
Providing technical support, in a 1st line support position
Receiving requests, from the company's customers, in German language
Updating incidents and resolving them
Providing updates to customers
Reliably perform assigned tasks
Escalating incident or resolving tickets in accordance with the company's escalation processes;
Provide high quality service, to the company's customers
Performing duties, in a timely manner
Ensuring proper documentation of interactions in the customer account in the required format
Perform transactions in accordance with prescribed guidelines and timelines
Ensuring client/user confidentiality and data protection at all times.
Required skills:
University degree, in a field of study - an added advantage for the candidate
Minimum of one year of experience related to customer service, help desk work or IT industry
Very good knowledge of English and German (min. B2)
Availability to work full time, Monday through Friday
