Customer Service Representative with Dutch

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialise in permanent and temporary recruitment. We are headquartered in Poznan and also have branches in Warsaw, Gdansk and Wroclaw.

Online recruitment process 

 

Daily responsibilities: 


  • provide a range of administrative support,

  • preparing and updating documentation regarding internal standards,

  • active cooperation with other departments,

  • daily contact with Dutch customers, answering clients questions and solving their problems,

  • building trusting and robust relationships with multinational customers.

Required skills: 

 

  • fluency in Dutch (a C1 level at least) and in English (B2 at least),

  • experience in Customer Service/Customer Support will be an asset,

  • good organizational and communication skills,

  • high motivation to work,

  • a multitasking way of work,

  • ability to work in a team,

  • good computer skills (MS Office - especially MS Excel).
