Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service in German through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers in resolving issues, answering questions, and providing information about company products and services.

  • Record customer inquiries and monitor their resolutions.

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and strive to build long-term business connections

Required skills:

  • Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level).

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Ability to handle stress and problem-solving.

  • Willingness to learn and acquire new skills.
