Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service in German through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers in resolving issues, answering questions, and providing information about company products and services.
Record customer inquiries and monitor their resolutions.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and strive to build long-term business connections
Required skills:
Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level).
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Ability to handle stress and problem-solving.
Willingness to learn and acquire new skills.
